Executive Director for GMA Kapuso Foundation
Position Responsibilities:
This position exists to provide strong and ethical leadership for the Foundation in the attainment of its Vision and fulfilment of its mission. The position is primarily accountable for the Foundation's overall strategic management, funding generation and financial management, development of the organization, and management of all programs ensuring that all relevant and essential controls and measures are in place to deliver efficient operations.
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in the development work in the fields of health, disaster response, education and other social services; strong skills in planning, problem-solving and analysis, decision-making, policy formulation, implementation and delegation and monitoring; innovative and flexible in identifying alternatives and strategies; able to maintain the highest level of integrity in the performance of his fiduciary capacity, particularly in respect of handling, accounting and management of funds received for and in behalf of the Foundation.
