b) 3 years experience in the operation and maintenance of high power RF transmitters;
c) Knowledge of basic electronic theory;
d) Able to use and understand basic test instruments;
e) Able to monitor and comply with NTC rules and regulations;
f) Can read and understand schematic diagrams;
g) Troubleshoots and repairs electronic equipment;
h) Relates and understands the requirements of the section / division;
i) Communicates effectively;
j) Computer skills and literacy.
